Religion affects relationship?

So what am i going to tok abt now? obvious rgt? Haix... some time i wonder does religion brings better life or worsen life. Im not pointing at any religion. Sometimes i realise, that many couples broke up becos of different religion. Why? Is religion that important that it can break up a strong bonded relationship? My friend's friend had a gf for 3 years... ok 3 YEARS! They known they are from different religion. But they dun mind. Until one day, parents pressure came along. Oh man... i hate this. Its a christian and buddhist couples. Of cos, both of em do not wish to convert. And quarrel started. Thou they are broken up, THey are being pressured by familes and religion. they still love each other a lot. And this is not the ultimate aim of having a religion rgt? I believe any gods above do not wish to see Any couples breaking up bcos of different religion.

Gods? There are so many different kinds of gods. Are they just neighbours or what? If god really wish us to be peaceful and quiet and live well, why not they just compromise all the religions to become 1? Why not they just appeared in media to announce to the world that all religions to become as one? Isnt that will solve all problems? like political? war? terroism? I m not pointing at any particular religions. Me myself is a taoist. Thou i do pray and believe. Im not over doing it. I pray to make myself more peaceful. I certainly believe, its all within you. Those religions brought from the past from so long ago. I believe, some changes will be make to suit this era of life. Its just my belief. I have to say again. Im not pointing at any particular religion. Im just voicing out my feelings.

I certainly believe, Its all in yourself. BE it u are a very very devoted believer of your religion. So Think abt it. Its within yourself. U chose to believe and u follow it. U can be very religious. But pls not over doing it. Some ppl nv think abt accepting another religion partner.

THings can be done if both sides willing to give way. I got think abt it. If reali.. next time.. i found a christian or catholic gf.. or rather wife. I m prepared to give in.. erm no. im not changing my religion but, i can tolerate not placing any taoism's god in my home. I can always pray at temples etc. Of cos.... it will b good, if She dun force me to convert. and at the same time, i will never ask her to convert. To me its just not right. Its not the main point of having a religion. Correct me if im wrong. If parents or grandparents say about it. I wil just tell them how i reali feel. I know they will understand. Simply, They trust me.

I reali wish theres will be a talkshow abt this. Anyway of cos i heard there are many successful married couples are from different religion. All religion has a ultimate aim, cleanse your soul and make u a better person. But y on earth, coming out sooo many religions? ANd this normally caused conflicts etc. Imagine next time you are old and u passed away. Where wil you be? Every religion haf their saying. So wheres the fact u will be going? Nobody knows!...

my dear friends... if u happened to read this... Reali.... when love comes... cherish it. Do not just let go becos of religious stuff... of cos... if u happen to haf a partner who shares the different religion as urs. Do not think that you and her are of different religion, you two cannot be toegther. You two can be together. Share your feelings wif your partner. Its not a difficult thing to solve. If u truely love him/her, I believe this is not a big issue to solve. Its all about give and take. THou different ppl got different set of minds, you cannot force ppl to change.
