Weak weak weak.... im weak.... fancy run around the stadium thrice, 3 sets of 10 push up, crouches, and the 1 i 4get the name... i already down.... head giddy.... both tights cramped.... bloody shit.... make a bloody fool of myself... weak.... argh....


I cant even continue to run... the shuttle run... weak.... i run 1 time and i felt i pull my muscle and i haf to limp off and sit down... to cover my blush... i haf to kip smiling.... even the instructor kip ask me y i smiling... -__-....


After everything, the instructor came and ask me ok not... i told him i got heart problem in the past, and say im alrgt.... Den he like so shocked... LOL.... watever la.. next thrus 1 will be more shiong.... bo bian wei le... get a silver... i haf to pass the deadly 2.4 run.... others shdnt be a problem... all bcos of my weak stamina.... weak....


After that me and gary went home lor... den i cant even cross the overhead bridge.... legs too weak liao.... den i take a detour and reach the bus stop. lucky at bus i saw a lot of kids... i feel much better.... kids realli can brighten up my life... i c 1 kid standing very unstable... he den accidentally knock into me... her mum say " c la c la"... den he very shy lor... he lay his head on her mum stomach... LOL... i smile at his mum and she smile back also... lol..... so cute sia... the kid paiseh.... den after they alight.... another bunch of kids aboard... lol.... their conversation very cute.... tok a lot of kiddies language...


AHH so cute!!! bth.... k la.. shd end here.... beli tired... haha.... go update the story as Serene aka SLING.... request... c i very gd 1 lor.. so tired still update lor... shut la phil... thats all folks for the day.... Sling 2ml must say thx k! LOL....
