However, happy days never lasted for Rin, Something unusual happened. One day, she saw Jane hands in hands with another guy somewhere near her estate. She does not know whether she needs to tell Long about it. She felt very angry and annoyed to see Long so sad over a gal who don’t deserved that much.

She decided to follow Jane at a safe distance. Out of a sudden, someone tap her back.

"Hey! Rin... What you looking at?"

Long appeared behind her and shocked Rin a second.

"Erh... nope... I wasn’t looking at anything."
"Are your alright? You seem you are keeping something from me ya."
"ERH... yes... I mean no... nothing... nothing... lets go ok?”
"Weird gal... alright lets go.”

After the conversation, they left the place. Rin turned her head and saw Jane nowhere to found. She felt bad keeping it from Long. She felt she should let Long know the truth but she was afraid Long might not take it. On the other hand, she is afraid that Long would leave her side and go back to Jane.

"Long... actually... I got something to tell you... but... You know... but..."

Rin tried to tell Long what shes trying to say but nothing seems to come out right from her mouth. She looked at Long, he was looking listlessly blank. He seems troubled.

"Long... u heard me?" Rin waved in front of his face.

"I saw..." Long turned very depressed suddenly.

Rin was very shocked. She didn’t know Long saw Jane. She started to panic and do not know how to console Long.

"You alright? Don’t think too much ok? You still have us friends around you!"

"huh? I meant i...... I SAW A COCKROACH!!!! Here!!!"

Long placed a dead roach dangling in front of Rin... And out of the sudden, Rin who is so afraid of cockroach, she stood there dumbstruck and wasn’t know whether she is afraid or relieved.

On the other hand, Jane saw Long happily laugh away with Rin. She started to feel that Long do not love her anymore. She let go off her hands off Jon’s hand.

"Why did you do this?" Jon asked Jane
"No nothing, I want to go back to Japan. I don’t wana be here anymore."

10 months ago, back in Jane’s home

"Dad... Can you please don’t force me? I do not want to leave!"

"No you must! You do not have a choice! If you don’t leave, you will be end up like me in trouble. I don’t wish to see you in this situation with me! Go to Japan and meet your mum!!!"

"But Dad... I didn’t bear to leave you alone here. Please... dad..."

"Go my dear... I promise you I will be alright."

Jane watched on as she left with the cab to the airport. Her dad’s figure got smaller and smaller. She shouted out of the car,

"Dad!! PROMISE ME TO BE ALRIGHT! I LOVE YOU!!!"

As she waved goodbye to her dad… tears started to roll down her cheeks.

Jane do not even have the chance to let Long know about this news, However, She did have the time to write a short letter to pass it to Long’s mum in the very morning after Long left his home.

Jane’s dad is having huge debts and is they are living under the knives of the loansharks. As it might be coincidence, Long’s dad is the boss of the loanshark. However, neither Long knew it as his parents had divorced since he was a young child.

Jane met Jon in Japan, her childhood playmate who likes her ever since he was young, He is a very rich guy. Jane had no choice but to offer herself to him as his girlfriend to help her dad clearing his debt.

Jane does not love Jon at all. Her heart is still with Long. It breaks her heart while seeing him walking side by side with Rin and laughing away. At the same time, she also do not wish Long to see her in this state, as it might bring unnecessary misunderstandings.

Both parties suffer from depression ever since they left each other, though they did live on, both secretly cry and weep in the lonely night.

Yang was Rin’s god brother. Yang just came back from Hong Kong after visiting his sick relative after 2 years. Maybe he should return earlier. All this happenings will not

"So is your aunt alright now?"
"Yeah I hope so..."
"Okay... You know what? I think Im really in deep shit"
"Why? What Happened?"
"You know Long right? I think Im really deeply fall for him already."
"Oh did hear you said about him before but I thought he got a gf already?"

As Rin shares her problems with Yang and started to cry. Yang do not know what to do but to just listen to her.

"Cry out alright, you will feel much better."
"I really cant lose him... I... I..."
"Come, have a good rest and don’t think so much already."

Yang brought Rin to her bed and pats her to sleep. Without much effort, Rin fell asleep very soon. Yang is very curious of how Long look like so thus, he went to sign in his friendster. He linked himself through Rin to find Long. However, he saw a gal who capture his eyes. He don’t know who is she, but he only know that gal capture his eyes. Its was Jane.

He decided to send her a short message to make friends with her. He did not know why he did that. There is just something special in her. Yang did not know why he was attracted by her.

After a few hours back at Jon’s home

"Jon.. actually, I wana tell you something."
"I know, you do not need to tell me."

Jane looked at Jon with shock. She was speechless. She felt very guilty after using Jon.

"I... Im sorry... I... doesn’t mean to..."
"Hush... my dear... I knew you come to me because you want to save your dad, I m willing to help you coz I love you."

Jane felt guiltier after hearing all this words.

"But Im..."
"Listen to me... I know you love Long, but then I really hope you can be happy"
"I..."
"Look into my eyes for the last time... I love you..."

Jon kiss Jane’s lips lightly and sent her to find Long. Jane was still puzzled of Jon’s doings. She felt very guilty and lost of how to react. During the journey, Jane kept looking at Jon’s reaction. However, Jon still look very sturdy while driving. He did not show any forms of sadness at all. The journey was full of the car’s engine noise.

"Now, go and find him, I think he will be at home. Promise me to be happy and ya take this and read this tomorrow."

"Thanks Jon... Really"

"Go... good luck..."

Jon gave Jane a smile and drove off. Jane was still excited on seeing Long again. But she knew Long had already forget her and fall for Rin. She began to feel disappointed. She stood in front of his doorstep, her heart started to pump very fast. She was too afraid to press the bell. But before she could decide whether she should press it, her finger had pressed the doorbell.

She was very scared. She quickly run behind the wall and hide. She took a peep behind the wall and waits.

The door opened.

"Who's there?"

It was Mrs Lee who opened the door. She look around and find no one.

"Si Lang kia... Never see and press door bell before r."

Mrs Lee cursed angrily. Jane thought she was lucky enough not to wait at the door, if not she might be scolded by Mrs Lee without doubts.

"Jane..."

Jane turned around and to her surprise, Long was standing behind her...
